What payment method is available to me?

Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard credit cards and Debit Cards.

How can I be certain that you’ve received my order?

On completion of you placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email to let you know when your goods have been dispatched.

When will I receive my goods?

Once payment has been received goods will be shipped within 2 working days (usually sooner). Delivery is by courier and will take approximately two days to arrive at your door (NZ addresses). Please allow longer for rural addresses.

I’ve changed my mind and no longer want my product. What can I do?

As much as I would like you to love my products it may not always be the case. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase then please contact me via the contact page or on  thehopetree@hotmail.co.nz  within 7 days of receipt of goods. You can find more information about refunds and exchanges through the link in the Foot Menu. 

Does anyone else see my personal information?

No, only me. This website platform (Shopify)  protects all your banking details.  I take your privacy very seriously so you can be certain that The Hope Tree will not sell, share or pass on your private information to any third party.

Do you ship internationally?

I am able to ship to most countries. Please contact me directly so I can find the correct rate for your shipping address.
