This beautiful purse has been made with amazing Merino leather, in this case in a very popular yellow with a hint of orange. The leather used for this purse has a shiny alpine finish and it comes from Cairn Station in Otago, one of the oldest Merino sheep stations in New Zealand. If you have never come across Merino leather you have missed the most unique, supple and wonderfully textured leather in the New Zealand leather market.
This is a credit card size purse with two separate compartments, making it really practical for everyday use as you can separate cards from cash, or Bank Cards from all the other cards we seem to get from coffee shops etc.
The frame is an Antique Brass Colour and I have personally hand stitched the leather body to the frame. The lining used is premium quilting weight fabric.
If you would like to wear it across the body add a chain and, voila, you have a small bag that will allow you to carry your essential items. Additional chains are listed separately in the Collections menu.
Your new purse comes with a free high-quality canvas drawstring dust bag so you can store it safely when not in use. The hides/skins I have used for The Hope Tree bags and purses have the natural variations and imperfections of the animal they come from, giving an individuality and personal touch to every piece. Please keep this in mind when placing your order as small marks and textural changes are a celebrated part of The Hope Tree’s design process.
Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every screen/monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. I try to edit all photos to show the products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly. I cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
